Concord's 20 Quart Stainless Steel Canning Set includes all the essentials required to start canning. The heavy-duty 20-quart stainless steel canning pot features a triply bottom for even heat distribution and can be used for canning, boiling, soup making, and steaming (by turning the rack upside down to use as a steaming rack). The included rack is made of extra-thick 3 mm stainless steel wires, holding jars securely in place, and can accommodate 8 pint jars or 7 quart jars.

The set includes a 20-quart stainless steel canning pot, a canning rack, tongs (vinyl-coated), a jar lifter (vinyl-coated), a jar wrench (vinyl-coated), a funnel, a magnetic lid lifter, and a mixer/measurer, for a total of 8 pieces. The 20-quart size measures 13.25 inches in width and 10 inches in height, and is induction compatible.

The hangable canning rack features handles that make removing and placing jars easy and safe. With a large capacity, the sturdy rack can hold approximately 7 quart or 8 pint jars, with the exact number varying depending on the jar type and brand. For easy storage, the handles can be folded inwards, creating a compact shape.

The canning kit includes a jar lifter, a mixer/measurer, a jar wrench, and a lid lifter. The cushioned jar lifter easily removes jars from the water bath, with a contoured tip that clamps around the lid to form a tight, perfect seal. The double-sided mixer is used for mixing, measuring, and removing air bubbles, while the jar wrench has large and small grooves for easily opening and closing small and larger jar lids, preventing blisters with its vinyl coating. The lid lifter easily picks up lids from the water bath, allowing users to lift cleaned lids out of the pot without burning their hands.
