Its pure porcelain surface is inert, meaning it will not alter the taste, color, or nutritional value of your food.

Granite Ware is made of enamelware, which is a metal-coated porcelain lining that makes it easy to clean, safe to heat, and long-lasting. However, it's important to note that our products are NOT SUITABLE for use on GLASS COOKTOPS or INDUCTION STOVETOPS.
